Payment

All prices indicated for products available via the Calligraphy by Kiki website are including VAT and exclude any delivery charges.

Purchases

The products available from the Calligraphy by Kiki website are for personal use only and are not for resale. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your order which will contain details of the order. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Upon receipt of your order, your account will be debited for the full amount. “Calligraphy by Kiki” will appear on your credit card statement.

Delivery

UK delivery only.

Please expect 2-3 days for delivery within the UK. (Due to Covid-19 delivery times maybe longer)

During busy periods, delays may occur, but we will do our utmost to despatch promptly. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address.

Calligraphy by Kiki does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk for the goods.
