Kiki x Mind partnership
It’s proven that practising calligraphy reduces anxiety and promotes mindfulness. It’s a therapeutic technique that allows you to switch off and focus on getting those letters just right.
To champion the mindful benefits of calligraphy, I recently partnered with mental health charity, Mind, to create a brush lettering subscription box as part of their ‘Pause for Mind‘ initiative. Pause encourages its monthly subscribers to take a break from their day by learning a new, creative skill – conveniently posted through their letterbox – with the aim to improve personal wellbeing.
All proceeds from the box were donated to Mind charity.
